- The prize draw includes the opportunity to win one of three weekend packages to Kauri Cliffs, Cape Kidnappers and Matakauri Lodge. One winner will be drawn per lodge. Each winner will receive the following package: a two night stay for two people occupying a deluxe category suite at one of the lodges, a full cooked breakfast and light lunch for each night stayed, pre-dinner drinks and canapes followed by dinner each evening, the choice of either a 50 minute spa treatment or 18 holes of golf* per person once during the stay (*Golf option not available at Matakauri), a non-alcoholic in-room mini bar, wi-fi and use of lodge facilities including gym, swimming pools, jacuzzi and walking trails
- If flights are necessary to travel, there will be a contribution of up to $500 included for each lodge package won. Any other travel expenses, spending money and additional transport/parking and activities are not included.
- All complete, in-person appraisals prepared by our NZSIR offices between 1st June and 31st July 2022 are eligible for entry (competition entry is not dependent on listing or sale of property but is dependent on an appraisal being conducted in regions where we have an office).
- Prizes will be drawn week commencing 22nd August 2022. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the winners within seven days, another winner will be drawn.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash and is at the sole discretion of NZSIR.
- Prizes can only be redeemed before 15th December 2022 or between 1st April to 30th May 2023. NZSIR will liaise with competition winners; prize may be dependent on lodge availability and is at the sole discretion of NZSIR.
